  1. How to create an order ?

    Our order placing is easy with just few following click processes:-
    1. Select Product(s) with Variants (Colour/Size/etc.).
    2. Click "Add To Cart".
    3. If you want to do add more products on your shopping list, then click on "Continue Shopping" and repeat the above steps No. 1 & 2.
    4. When your order is finalized, then click "Proceed to Checkout".
    5. If you have already created a StationeryStation.pk Account, then fill the sign-in details in "Already Registered Section".
    6. If you have not created a StationeryStation.pk Account Create then fill in the details in the "Create an Account Section".
    7. Fill in your Shipping Details.
    8. Select your "Payment Options".
    9. View carefully your "Order Summary".
    10. Add special comments/instructions for the deliveries (e.g. hand-over to the watchman/peon named Mr. Abdullah during 10:00 am to 05:00 pm) in the "Other Information Section".
    11. After finalizing the all details, click "Confirm Now" Button.

    Hurray ! Your order has been successfully placed.

    For further viewing your order, after the "Thank You!" message, click besides the Order ID "Click here to view order detail" link.

    NOTE: If you have selected Pay through Bank Transfer in "Payment Option", then kindly send us the payment and call us after successful payment transfer.

  2. What are the areas where products are delivered by StationeryStation.pk ?

    We deliver all over Pakistan as well as to Foreign Clients (i.e. outside Pakistan all across the globe) as well. NOTE: But for foreign clients, we firstly receive advance payment including the Shipping Charges, then after payment verification we dispatch the parcel/products to the client's desired country address.

  3. How much time is taken if order delivery is placed today?

    Deliveries are made within one (01) or four (04) working days.
    NOTE: Except due to Corona Virus/COVID-19 situation and the delays in customs clearance at the ports, few imported items are sometimes out of stock or they receive us with delays, therefore such items may need some additional time.

  1. What are the delivery charges for all over Pakistan ?

    During order making, the customer will see the Order Delivery Charges for Sindh Shipping Zone and Non-Sindh Shipping Zone.

    SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CITIES OUTSIDE SINDH ZONE

    NOTE: For some products like Whiteboards which have usually bigger dimensions and/or volume, their shipping charges are calculated manually depend upon their Volume, so kindly create the order first, and then call us at our contact numbers for exact shipping charges.

  2. What are the delivery charges for Foreign Deliveries i.e. out of Pakistan ?

    Foreign Deliveries' shipping charges would depend upon the following:-

    • 1. Which country the shipment is for ?
    • 2. Which city the shipment is for ?
    • 3. How much Weight (or Volumetric Weight) is for the shipment ?


    NOTE: For some products like Whiteboards which have usually bigger dimensions and/or volume, their shipping charges are calculated manually depend upon their Volume i.e. Volumetric Shipping Charges, so kindly create the order first, and then call/Whatsapp us at our contact numbers for exact shipping charges.

  3. Which Courier Companies do you use for sending Foreign Deliveries i.e. out of Pakistan ?

    For Foreign Deliveries we have partnerships with the world-renowned Courier Companies as follows:-

    • 1. FedEx
    • 2. DHL

  4. What is the Estimated Average Delivery Time for Local and Foreign deliveries ?

    The average estimated delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 5 working days (Please note that during sale, delivery time might exceed due to high volume order log). The average estimated delivery time for international/foreign orders is 3 to 10 working days after the order has been dispatched. NOTE: The above estimations are on average basis, in some conditions these timelines may vary city to city, country to country.

  1. What are Payment Options for Online Orders at StationeryStation.pk ?

    StationeryStation.pk is entertaining Payments by:
    (1) Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.) or Pay as you are Delivered (All Over Pakistan): This is a mechanism in which we send you the products on your shipping address through our Courier Companies and you pay when you receive the parcel at your doorstep (either office / home / etc.)

    (2) Bank Transfers i.e. I.B.F.T. (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) or Raast (All Over Pakistan)

    (3) JazzCash (All Over Pakistan) (Call us at our contact numbers mentioned in this website).
    Just send us your JazzCash Transaction ID or JazzCash Reference ID generated during your payment transfer through Whatsapp or E-mail for verification & confirmation.

    In the future, we would hopefully also offer our clients with other various payment options as well i.e. EasyPaisa, Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Payment Gateways, etc.

  2. What are Payment Options for Foreign Countries' Order at StationeryStation.pk ?

    StationeryStation.pk is entertaining Payments for Foreign Country Orders by:

    (1) Inter Bank Funds Transfer (I.B.F.T.) through I.B.A.N. (International Bank Account Number) For Inter Bank Funds Transfer, kindly contact us on our Whatsapp or E-mail for the I.B.A.N. (International Bank Account Number).

    (2) Western Union

    After making payments, just send us your Transaction ID or Reference ID with Snapshot on our Whatsapp or E-mail for verification & confirmation.

    In the future, we would hopefully also offer our clients with other various payment options as well i.e. Online Credit Card Payments, Online Payment Gateways, etc.

  1. How StationeryStation.pk is ensuring safe deliveries with view of COVID-19/Corona Virus?

    To help ensure the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the broader community surrounding us, we have introduced CONTACTLESS DELIVERY as our default delivery option.

    By Contactless Delivery we mean:-

    We will deliver your item(s) to the front door of your home or apartment.

    We’ll knock/buzz, and will greet you at your door while maintaining a six-foot social distance.

    Your signature won’t be required — our team will simply photograph your order at your doorstep as proof of delivery.

    Some multi-tenant buildings are restricting access to non-residents. We’re supportive of these measures, and in these cases our delivery team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they’re safely able to as per your requests..

  2. Is the StationeryStation.pk staff following the S.O.P.s (Standard Operating Procedures) specific to COVID-19/Corona Virus as per the recommendations of World Health Organization (W.H.O.) or Government of Sindh & Pakistan ?

    Absolutely YES.

    Every one of our own delivery persons are equipped with key sanitary items, including masks, latex gloves and sanitizing wipes.

    Once the delivery is complete, delivery pserons are required to practice good hygiene and use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes that contain at least 60% alcohol (when soap and water are not available to wash their hands).

    Additionally, we have implemented the necessary measures to keep our workplace safe for employees, such as isolated work areas, mandated social distancing within the warehouse, and increased sanitation. Our delivery persons have been instructed to stay home if they show any sign of flu-like symptoms, and we have policies in place to offer paid sick leave to these employees.
